There is an open plan living space comprising sitting and dining areas and a kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a balcony with furniture and steps lead down to a communal garden. One pet welcome at £50 per week. Must be kept on a lead in the communal gardens.Set within secure grounds, access is via security coded electronic gates and each apartment has allocated parking for one car.
